- 2 tbsp tomatoes, pureed (5 tbsp if preparing in a pan)
- 5 pieces of salami (poultry salami)
- some cheese, grated, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Oven preparation: Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Spread the passata on the wrap (approx. 2 tbsp). Spread the salami and sprinkle the cheese on top. Now bake the wrap in the oven for approx. 5 minutes (or until the cheese has melted). Pan preparation: Heat the pan briefly and add a little oil if desired. Spread the salami in the pan, sprinkle the cheese on top, spread the passata on top (approx. 4 tbsp), and place the wrap on top. Turn the whole thing over briefly and cook on the other side.
