Lightning Pizza

The perfect lightning pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Frozen puff pastry
  • 200 g Goat cheese roll
  • 200 g Fresh tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Chili oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and prick the pastry evenly with a fork. Brush with the olive oil and chilli oil. Cut the tomatoes and goat cheese into slices and spread over the dough. Bake in the preheated oven on the lowest rack at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Fan-assisted at 200 degrees. 2 minutes before the end of baking, cut the basil into small pieces and spread over the pizza. Spread the salt and pepper and the balsamic cream on top. Serve hot.
