Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 half honeydew melon(s)
- 1 melon(s) (cantaloupe melon)
- 250 g grapes, seedless
- 1 lemon(s), unsprayed, the juice and the grated peel
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp orange juice or pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp liqueur (melon or orange liqueur)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the melon flesh into cubes and place it in a bowl with the grapes. Mix the liquid ingredients together and pour over the melons. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Serve cold (e.g., with pineapple sorbet).
