Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of coriander
  • Tabasco, 1-2 dashes
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

quick and easy, perfect for raclette or fondue

Finely grate the zest from the lime. If necessary, pick the cilantro, wash it, and then finely chop it. Squeeze 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice and mix it with the grated zest, the yogurt, and the salad dressing. Crush the garlic clove and mix it in, along with the Tabasco sauce. Season the aioli with salt, pepper, and sugar.
