Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl. Stir in the cream, lime juice, and honey. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. This dip goes well with fish, poultry, and meat. Tip: You can also replace the crème fraîche with sour cream or yogurt, and of course, replace the lime juice with lemon juice.
