Fennel – zucchini – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g fennel
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 2 tsp salad cream
  • 6 tsp natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the vegetables. Dice the fennel. Peel the zucchini and cut into small pieces or grate it coarsely. Mix everything well, add the remaining ingredients, and season with spices.
