Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 300 g kiwi(s), yellow
- 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the kiwi, bring to a boil with the lime juice, puree, add the gelling sugar, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, and then bring to a boil according to the package instructions. Then pour the jam into twist-off jars and seal immediately.
