- 1 Fresh lime
- 200 Milliliters Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Squeeze the lime. Mix the buttermilk with the lime juice and sugar well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Whip the cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold into the buttermilk.
- Put the whole thing in a freezer, put the lid on it and put it in the freezer. Stir with a fork every half hour for the first three hours.
- Take out of the freezer about half an hour before eating. Shape into balls with an ice cream scoop. Arrange a scoop of ice cream with a lime wedge and mint on a dessert plate.
