Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 shot of mineral water or milk
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop or grate the onion. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add more linseed oil if desired. Add mineral water or milk to adjust the consistency. Tastes great with potatoes, vegetables, meat, and fish.
