Linseed oil potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • n. B. linseed oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain the water and slice the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add the milk, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the sour cream. Stir in as much linseed oil as desired and season the potatoes with salt and pepper. I usually use about 100 ml of linseed oil. The potatoes are a great side dish for meat and fish. Smoked salmon, for example, goes very well with them.
