Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 70 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 20 g sugar
  • 40 g oat biscuits
  • 40 g blueberries, alternatively frozen
  • 90 g strawberries, alternatively frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, coconut milk, lemon zest, and sugar. Crumble the oat biscuits and fill a third of them into a glass. Dice the strawberries and mix with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then layer the strawberries, blueberries, and biscuits alternately with the cream in the glass. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
