Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
- 50 g honey
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 lemon(s)
- 100 g oat flakes
- 100 g oat flakes can also be replaced by another 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- 50 g dried fruits such as dates, apricots, etc. or nuts, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine the oil, vanilla sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Heat gently while stirring until the honey and sugar are dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture is light yellow. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press firmly with your hands to form a sheet approximately 30 x 25 cm long. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes. Then let the mixture cool completely and cut into bars. Store the bars in a tin or plastic container.
