Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls (raisin)
  • 2 slices of veal liver sausage
  • Flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat, for frying
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Mustard
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with breaded liver sausage and raisin roll

Toast the rolls. Whisk the egg. Coat the liverwurst slices first in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry until browned on both sides. Spread the rolls with mustard and ketchup and top with lettuce and liverwurst.
