Loafers Pizza
The perfect loafers pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Flatbread
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 tsp Herbs of Provence
- Salt and pepper
- 75 g Goat cheese roll
- 50 g Tomatoes dried out of the jar
- 0,5 bunch Arugula
- 3 NS. Parma ham slices
- 25 g Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees). Cut the half flatbread horizontally in the middle. Mix the tomato paste with the herbs, salt and pepper, and spread the flatbread halves. Cut the goat cheese into slices and spread on top. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and place on top of the goat cheese. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 10-15 Let bake for a few minutes. In the meantime, wash and dry the rocket. Slice the Parmesan and roughly cut the Parma ham. Take the flatbreads out of the oven and top each with Parma ham and rocket. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan shavings.
