Ingredients
 

  • 1 Romaine lettuce heart, quartered and cut into strips
  • 1 can Tuna fillet
  • 1 can Corn
  • 2 Eggs boiled, halved, then salted
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 120 g Turkey meat in strips, fresh
  • 100 ml Broth clear
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt, pepper, a little vinegar, a pinch of sugar, a little nut oil
  • 20 g Natural sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • .Spring is coming to me !! Quarter the hearts and cut into fine strips. Meat finely cut into strips, but very fine
  • Cook the meat in the broth and sprinkle with sweet paprika for a great color. Season with a little vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Place the meat lukewarm on the salad and drizzle with the stock. Sprinkle with pure sunflower seeds.
  • With bread and beer. That was really delicious bon appetit
