Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of Lollo Rosso
- 1 cluster(s) of cherry tomatoes, approx. 8 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the lettuce. Spin dry the Lollo Rosso and cut into strips. In a cup, combine the yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme, and seasonings to make the dressing. Mix the Lollo Rosso with the dressing. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the salad in a bowl and serve garnished with the tomatoes.
