Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp acacia honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce, spin dry, and cut into strips. Combine olive oil, acacia honey, Dijon mustard, and light balsamic vinegar and drizzle over the salad as a dressing.
