Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 100 g condensed milk (4%)
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp parsley (frozen)
- ½ onion(s)
- possibly sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onion into rings and fry lightly. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, and add them. After about 5 minutes, stir in the condensed milk and water. Finally, add the parsley and let it cook for a good 10 minutes. You may need to stir in a sauce thickener. This goes well with chicken schnitzel, for example.
