Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour (type 405)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 700 ml milk
  • 50 g pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • 3 eggs

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and chill. Combine the flour, sugar, pudding powder, rum flavoring, and egg yolk. Add the milk and beat the batter until creamy. Chill for about 30 minutes. Then carefully fold the egg whites into the batter (do not stir—just mix lightly) and fry in batches on both sides in a pan (preferably cast iron). Now you have a deluxe pancake that everyone should be satisfied after eating. Tip: If you like, you can refine the pancake with jam, nut cream, or something similar. I personally use just cinnamon and sugar.
