Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with low-fat curd cheese

Chop the onion and garlic clove and sauté in a pan until translucent. Then remove both and let cool. In a bowl, combine the ground beef and all the remaining ingredients. Once the onion and garlic have cooled, add them to the ground beef and fold in. Form the mixture into patties. Make the patties slightly larger than you’d like, as the meat will shrink during cooking. Fry the patties in a pan with olive oil, pressing down on the meat frequently with a spatula to prevent it from shrinking too much and ensure a nice brown finish.
