Lothar's garlic mayonnaise

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Lemon(s), the juice
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • herbs, mixed, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Great for grilling, fondue or raclette!!!

Finely chop the eggs and garlic cloves. Mix all ingredients together. If you have lemon balm, you can also add plenty of it, as it adds a special kick. The sauce should sit for at least 12 hours.
