  • 2 tbsp, leveled flour
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • some sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Mash the banana and simply mix it with the other ingredients (you can also separate the egg whites and yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff, which will make it fluffier). Then fry the mixture in batches in a small nonstick pan.
