Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g Gouda, grated
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 g asparagus, fresh or from a jar
- 3 slices of cooked ham

Mix the quark, eggs, and about 100g of cheese until smooth. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at approximately 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Remove the finished base from the oven without burning your fingers. Spread the hollandaise sauce on the pizza base. Arrange the asparagus and cooked ham on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the sauce. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Note: If you use a ready-made sauce, you should check the nutritional information. It’s also worth comparing carefully with asparagus from a jar.
