  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) rosemary or chili powder

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese (three tablespoons, at room temperature), then add the baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently mix the two together with a wooden spoon until smooth. Then add the honey. Spread the dough into round flatbreads on a baking sheet. The specified amount is enough for six cloud breads. After 15 minutes in the oven, the snack is ready to eat. It tastes especially good sprinkled with rosemary, or for those who like it spicy, with chili powder. Cinnamon also goes very well. You can also stir in the mixture.
