Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g chia seeds
- 60 g coconut milk without added sugar
- 80 g blueberries
- 15 g oil (MCT oil)
- 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 120 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Low carb breakfast, no cooking
Puree the chia seeds in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended. Enjoy the pudding immediately or refrigerate it and enjoy it later or the next morning.
