Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of broccoli, approx. 500 g
- 500 g Gouda in one piece
- 2 eggs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some oil for frying

quick idea for a light dinner
Cut the broccoli florets from the stem. Peel the stem and cut into equal pieces. Boil the broccoli florets and the stem pieces in a pot of salted water for about 20 minutes until very soft. Then place the broccoli in a large bowl. Grate the Gouda cheese and add it to the bowl. Crack the eggs into the bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients with your hands until a sticky mixture forms. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a disc. Continue this process until all is used up. Then fry the disc in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with tzatziki! Approx. 450 kcal per serving
