Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g protein powder
- 60 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 2 tbsp almonds, ground
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
without egg, with almonds
Combine all ingredients, pour into an ovenproof dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. You can either sweeten the batter with raspberries or other fruits to make a cake, or simply slice it into a burger bun and enjoy!
