Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g almond flour
- 130 g low-fat curd cheese
- 10 g baking cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sweetener (liquid sweetener), to taste

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks, almond flour, low-fat quark, baking powder, cocoa powder, and liquid sweetener in a mixer. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into 8 baking cups and bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes. If you’re not using paper baking cups, grease the pan.
