Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp, if necessary
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

Mix the quark with egg white powder and vanilla seeds and season with sweetener if desired. Beat the egg whites until stiff and very carefully fold them into the quark mixture. Pour into a 28 cm springform pan and bake at 170°C for about 50 minutes. It’s best to cool in the oven, as the cake will rise considerably and otherwise collapse too easily. 67 kcal per slice (8 slices).
