Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
vegetarian, vegan, low carb, makes about 24 chips
Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the seaweed sheets into 24 rectangles. Mix the soy sauce with a little water. Brush each rectangle with the soy sauce and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds to taste. Spread the nori sheets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
