Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g Stevia or other sweetener
- 10 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 100 g ground almonds
- 75 g flaxseed, crushed
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 60 ml rapeseed oil
- 85 ml lemonade (Zero)
- 30 g protein powder (banana)
- 350 g low-fat curd cheese
- 10 g vanilla powder, alternatively vanilla banana powder or 1 fl. flavoring
- 200 g sour cream
- e.g. Stevia or other sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
For the base, combine the first 8 ingredients into a dough and then pour into a round springform pan. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow the base to cool in the springform pan. Beat the topping ingredients with a mixer until stiff peaks form. If the mixture is too thick, add a little lemonade; if it’s too thin, add a little more banana protein powder. Spread everything over the base. If you like, you can also bake two layers and use one as a lid. Sprinkle with sweetener or cinnamon as icing sugar for decoration. Or decorate as desired. Chill the cake.
