Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 Yufka pastry sheets, triangular
- 6 slices of Emmental or feta cheese
- 6 slices of raw ham or bacon
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the yufka wrappers according to the package instructions. Place a slice of ham on the wide side of the wrapper and spread the cheese on top. Roll the dough up, twisting once. Fold the sides over the wrapper. Wet the tip of the triangle and continue rolling. Fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown all around, about 10 minutes. Enjoy with chili sauce.
