Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml water
  • 2 packs of instant gelatin
  • 1 pack of jelly of your choice, without sugar
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute), light

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the 200 ml of water to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the instant gelatin and jelly. I used sugar-free lemon jelly powder here. Let the mixture rest for about five minutes. Add the low-fat quark to the mixture and sweeten everything with Xucker light. This mixture is enough for three silicone molds, each with 15 molds. This makes about 45 gummy bears. Note: The mixture has a total of 316 kcal. Therefore, one gummy bear has about 7 kcal. So you can indulge and snack without worry.
