Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g seasoned pork mince
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 150 g cauliflower
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Sambal Oelek
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and chop it into small crumbs in a food processor. Dice the onions and sauté them with the chopped cauliflower for 10 minutes over medium heat. Mix the eggs, quark, grated cheese, and seasonings until smooth. Add the slightly cooled cauliflower and onion mixture and stir in. Stir in the ground beef with a fork and form into small patties. Fry in a pan on both sides.
