  • 100 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 1 large egg(s)

  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 50 g peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 pralines (peanut butter cups), purchased or homemade

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter cups. Makes approximately 500 ml of ice cream.

Whisk the egg and sugar until frothy, stir in the heavy cream and whole milk, and refrigerate until ready to use, so the mixture is as cold as possible. Before pouring the mixture into the ice cream maker, stir in the peanut butter with a mixer. Now prepare the ice cream according to the ice cream maker’s instructions. Just before the ice cream mixture is ready (about 2-3 minutes before), add the coarsely chopped peanut butter cups.
