Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp, heaped flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp, heaped soy flakes
- 2 tbsp, heaped spelt bran
- 1 tbsp, heaped cocoa nibs
- some sweetener, e.g. stevia
- 1 tbsp, heaped berries, frozen
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink) or other plant milk
- 1 tsp, heaped almonds, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes
vegan and healthy
Dissolve the stevia in the almond milk. Let the flaxseed and spelt bran swell in the almond milk for 1 minute. Add the soy flakes, chopped almonds, and cacao nibs and mix everything together. Stir in the frozen berries and serve immediately.
