Low-carb muffins with tuna

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of crab meat
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for 12 pieces

First, drain the tuna and squeeze out some of the excess water. Whisk the eggs and then mix with the tuna. Pour the mixture into prepared muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Chop the remaining ingredients, mix them together, and season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. After letting them cool briefly, fill the tuna muffins with the mixture and return them to the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the desired browning is achieved.
