Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), size L
  • 20 g golden linseed flour
  • 10 g almonds, ground
  • 1 g salt
  • 2 pinches of baking powder
  • 20 g mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed)
  • Oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients (except for the oil for the pan) thoroughly in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes. The mixture will be quite firm. Brush a pan lightly with oil. Form 3 small balls from the dough, place them in the cold pan, and flatten them (I used round silicone rings about 10 cm in diameter as molds). Now heat the pan slowly and fry the pan breads on one side until light brown. This takes about 5-6 minutes. Then flip them and continue frying for another 3-4 minutes at the lowest heat. According to my calculations, the total amount is: 353 calories, 26.7 g fat, 2.6 g carbohydrates, 21.4 g protein.
