Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp oil, butter or rendered bacon fat
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup corn flour
- ½ cup water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan. Drop in the batter a spoonful at a time. Flatten the flatbreads slightly. Bake the bannock bread until crispy brown on both sides.
