Low carb pancakes with vanilla sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 80 g vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 shot of liquid sweetener
  • 2 tbsp milk, 1.5% fat
  • some oil for frying

First, separate the three eggs and put the three egg whites into a shaker. Alternatively, you can use a cup with a lid. Then add about 40g of the vanilla egg white powder to the egg whites and mix everything together well. Please do not use a mixer for this, as otherwise the egg whites will become stiff. You can now fry the mixture in a pan with hot oil (I recommend flavorless sunflower oil). Each side takes about 30-60 seconds. This amount will make up to two medium-sized pancakes. For the sauce, put the remaining 40g of vanilla egg white powder into a small bowl with the sweetener and milk and mix everything well to create a thicker vanilla sauce. You can now pour this sauce over the baked pancakes.
