Low-carb peach yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 5 peach(s)
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the peaches – this is easier if you briefly soak them in hot water. Cut three of the peaches into small pieces. Heat a pot or pan, add stevia with a few drops of water, and dissolve. Caramelize the chopped peaches in the pan. Pit the other two peaches and roughly chop them. Blend with half of the yogurt. Combine the peach-yogurt mixture with the remaining yogurt and stir in the slightly cooled peach pieces. Season to taste with a little sweetener and chill. This yogurt is also suitable for a low-fat/low-carb diet.
