Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ½ cans tuna in its own juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 80 g grated cheese of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Tuna pizza base

Whisk two eggs well in a bowl. Drain the tuna, add it to the eggs, and mix everything well. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape into a round shape. The base should be about 0.4–0.6 cm thick. Bake the tuna base in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10–15 minutes. Remove from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Tear the ham slices into small pieces and top the pizza with them. Sprinkle with cheese, crack open the third egg, and place it on the pizza. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the egg is cooked through and the cheese is a lovely golden color. You can, of course, top the pizza with other toppings to suit your taste.
