Low-carb pizza made with cream cheese dough

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Whisk the ingredients together, season well, and then pour onto a baking sheet (the dough will be almost runny). Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. When the time is up, turn the crust upside down, prick the dough, and then top with tomato sauce and other toppings of your choice. Return to the oven until it looks good. The dough will be firm, and you can easily cut it into wedges. However, it won’t be crispy like regular crust. I think it’s a great alternative to real dough. I don’t miss the old pizza.
