Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the egg, sugar substitute, and peanut butter into a dough. If the mixture is too runny, simply add 1-2 teaspoons of flour or protein powder to thicken it. Shape the dough into small cookies and decorate with chocolate chips, if desired. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Approx. 365 kcal per serving.
