- 55 g herb cream cheese
- 60 g cream cheese
- 40 g spelt meal
- 10 g baking powder
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling

makes 6 rolls
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff. Whisk the egg yolks and cream cheese, then stir in the spelt flour and baking powder. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Place approximately 6 equal portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
