Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- 1 tsp cream
- ½ g guar gum
- 1 dash of sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Almond waffles without flour, without sugar
Whisk the egg slightly and then add all the other ingredients. If the batter is too runny, you can add almonds or guar gum. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more water or cream. If you like, you can also add vanilla sugar. Bake in a waffle iron. This batter makes enough for two waffles.
