Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g chia seeds
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 m.-sized eggs

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking pan with baking paper. Crush the walnuts in a mortar and pestle, not too finely. Mix with the dry ingredients, salt, and baking powder. Then add the quark and eggs and whisk. Bake in the pan for 40 minutes, then remove from the pan and bake for another 15 minutes at 200°C (outside the pan).
