Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g protein powder, chocolate flavor
- 20 g cocoa powder, 60% cocoa content
- 4 egg whites
- Sweetener or Stevia

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Mix the egg whites with sweetener or stevia, if desired, and add to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until you have a homogeneous and evenly moist mixture. It should be slightly crumbly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Bake in an oven preheated to 130°C (260°F) for 60 minutes. Mix everything thoroughly every 15 minutes to ensure even drying. Since the mixture is quite rich, I divide it between two baking sheets. After baking, let it cool completely and then transfer it to a suitable box or container.
