Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g oat flakes
  • 1 m.-large banana(s), overripe
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • possibly oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Finely grind the walnuts and add the cocoa powder and oats. In another bowl, mash the banana, mix the banana puree with the dry ingredients, and add a little more oat milk if desired. Not too much; the dough should be pliable. Form the dough into cookies, either by rolling them out and cutting them out or simply shaping them. Spread them on the baking sheet. The baking time may vary depending on the size. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until the cookies are crispy.
