Low-fat egg salad without mayonnaise

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, possibly reduced-fat
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • pepper
  • ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Then peel and cut into small cubes. Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, season with mustard, salt, and pepper. Garnish with chives.
